Schwa writes as nothingnormally when a suitable sonorant is around to carry the syllable, but and as E or ' when necessary not. Other sounds (4 of total 40) in English have to be transcribed with the closest one above. These are h in hue (hyuu), m in symbol (simbl), l in wall (wool) and glottal stop (this one is written by space, apostrophe dash or ignored). Also I am aware of weak vowel distinction as there are definitely more than 10 in English.

I have the tendency to write ŭ as W (unused) sice I don't know, which AltGr combination is a dead key for this little U above. And when there are 2 Us, it means it's a double U, therefore W, which I like to spell Wee since double U makes UU and WWW is spellt very uneconomically (triple double U). Also, since the carret is in fact only inverted caron, I sometimes use carreted Z for ĵ. The ĥ to Q thing also has an application here, but this is my suggestion for Czech already. In fact, ĥ and ĵ look ugly. Though, the carrets are a distinguishing feature, as is with Lojban interpunction and Klingon interstitial capital letters. I don't often realize I'm reading Slovak instead of Czech usually after a few sentences, not from simply looking at the paragraph.
Altogether, the main aspect of this crippled Inglish is to be used in TTS systems, since making them pronounce something foreign is very complicated, since English has completely fucked up vowels. In this Inglish, each vowel stands for what it represents in original Latin and in many transcripts and latinizations (romanizations) of non-Latin writing systems and languages. The bad thing might be the merging of AE and E as in bed/bad or as/Ess/ass, with are both written bed and es. But I don't hear any substantial difference the slight pronunciation nuances in my mainly American-influenced accent (with some etymological idiosyncracies from original Greek and Latin), only AE is like a 1/3 longer than E which makes this system create more homophones than it should. Nevertheless I've read somewhere the Czech accent is the 4th sexiest one, when some effort is being made. Possibly it had something to do with our women in porn industry. Under one video was written that it sounds like a robotic voice from 80s (harsh, unmelodic, stress on 1st syllable if any), albeit it is better understood. Recreating the Czech accent TTS is therefore easier than to make a robotic Britishman. Finnish accent is even easier. Just think of Terminator, the Czech accent would fit him as fits the Czech dub compared to more fairy tale-ish Slovak. Even though, Slovaks prefer to watch Czech fairy tales, even dubbed.
To close this article, have theAlphabet Song national anthem of the USA. Hyphen signifies portamento and apostrophe signifies schwa. It gets fucked up severly, just see and sing along, if you can:

(Maybe "land" should be "land" instead of "leend", and "triumph" should be "traym'f" instead of "trayamf", but it sings better this way.)
