Posuvky pro mikrotonální ladění

Při zápisu mikrotonální a xenharmonické hudby nastává problém, jaké posuvky použít, aby ze 7, případně 8 písmenek byl nadělán požadovaný počet tónů. Protože chci někdy napsat nativně mikrotonální tracker (ve 12EDO je moc copyraptorů), musím vymyslet, jak budu mikrotóny reprezentovat.

Písmenko H místo B je historický artefakt a bude použito vedle B jen tam, kde to nevycházda. Nicméně -es a -is se mi líbí, to si nechám. Vynechává se J, protože by se jes a jis pletlo s ies a is.

Unicode je sice hezké, ale potřebuju to vecpat do obstarožních techologií, které ještě umožňují přímý přístup k hardware.

Pravděpodobně je 36EDO vhodnější pro terciální harmonii než 24EDO, ale doporučuje se mít Marfanův syndrom s extrémní arachnodaktylií v kombinací s úzkými klávesami, jinak nelze přes ty 3 původní oktávy dosáhnout. Roztahuje se přes 4 oktávy klaviatury. Ideální by bylo vymyslet další posuvky, aby se nepletly ty šestinotónové, ale ASCII je omezená.

Lidi si od tohohle ladění hodně slibují, protože je to nejhrubší dělení, které aproximuje všechno lépe než klasické 12EDO, ale má zbytečně moc tónů. Používám posuvky, které jsem pracně vymyslel pro 36EDO.

72EDO (dvanáctinotóny)

Nejhustší ladění, kterým se hodlám zabývat, ale musí projít ty nové Unicode posuvky, jinak by z toho byl bordel. Kromě rozšířených Stein-Zimmermannových jsou navrženy i další, včetně Hábovských a Wyschnegradských. 12notón je tak malý interval, že se jedná spíš o dekoraci a variaci než hudební prvek. 128/72=1,7778, takže se programy omezené MIDI specifikací neuadresují ani 2 oktávy. Trackery, které pro tóny používají i 8. bit, zvládnou 256 not, tedy 256/72=3,5556 oktávy, což je jen o trošku víc než 3 oktávy Amigovské Pauly.

Kromě ISISu je tady i ISIL, ačkoliv jsou hudební nástroje pro "marnivou zábavu" harám.

Hustější ladění jako 96EDO (1/16-tóny), 106EDO, 200EDO, 212EDO, 306EDO, a nebo dokonce 665EDO, nejsou praktická, neboť tónů je v MIDI jenom 128 a v OpenMPT 120, takže se nevejdou ani 2 oktávy, a navíc se mi s dalšími posuvkami už nechce vymýšlet. Maximum s existujícími je 62EDO, s mezitóny 69EDO. Jestli existuje nějaké rozšíření MIDI na 16384 not, vešlo by se tam 72EDO v 227 oktávách a 665EDO ve 24 oktávách, což je hudba od slonů a fretek po delfíny a netopýry. 

V trackerech s "lineárními" frekvencemi některé frekvenční efekty můžou fungovat jako posuvky.

Zabírají ale celý sloupeček pro efekty, který potom nelze použít na jiné efekty, a umožňují jenom binární subdivizi půltónu.
