░░░▒░░░ new age has come, which needs a new thinking. It's a semi-cybernetic
░░▒█▒░░ age. It all started after the world wars, which none of us has really
░▒█▒█▒░ experienced, because the generation that has is dying out. It is them
▒█▒▒▒█▒ who started this new age by building the 1st computers.
▒█████▒
▒█▒▒▒█▒ This new age needs not only new thinking, but new methods. Methods
░▒░░░▒░ which will lead people to space and beyond. We need new thinking for
the survival of our species. A new direction is therefore needed.
Direction which will reflect the age. Direction, which will ignore the former
political compass, which everyone uses to orient themselves. Due to old rules
and taboos, our civilization is declining.
We don't develop, but why? Due to people's obsolete thinking. Therefore a new
way is needed, but how to define it? It's needed to define the new thinking in
a modern and effective way to serve the new purpose. There are multiple ways
to do that, and those need to be unified. Why? Because people wouldn't
differentiate between what they need and is good for them now, and what will
be good for them later. Not that they would need that exactly right now.
Therefore it is needed to define it in a few clear points. But in which ones?
In such that will lead people well and will be universal.

Reason of this motto is that the best thoughts and ideas existing at a certain
time can bring profit, fame or power.
The alternative writing and spelling systems for English, Czech and Russian
are 637man's inventions. There's nothing really original with the Greek
transcription to Latin.
The languages GeSeL and Budhot'n are our conlangs with not quite much original
stuff, most likely total conversion modlangs. Buddhot'n is a complicated
fantasy style language of Western Slavic type. GeSeL is a Semitic inspired
take on a minimalist logical newspeak with modular rootabulary.

░▒▒▒▒▒░ he movement draws from the idea of changing the ossified system. The
▒█████▒ defining factor is FOR THE NATION. Nation is a unit of a human, which
░▒▒█▒▒░ is the most amongst the most. The value of the nation is all a human
░░▒█▒░░ must have in terms of the morale. Culture and value of the nation
░░▒█▒░░ arises from its technical and artistic maturity.
░░▒█▒░░
░░░▒░░░ The movement is strongly anti-communist and against centralizing into
a single monolithic state. It is also strongly anti-monarchist. It
stands for a republic with a healthy democracy, not anarchy nor in Plato's
terms. Simultaneously it's against Abrahamic religions, which are aggressively
against people and want to control them. The movement is for freedom of speech
and expression without limitation except for protecting against hackers in the
modern sense of the word in cyberspace.
It also demands restoration of capital punishments for murders and other
capital offenses, as well as border checks against smugglers.
The name of this movement is "THE NEW TOMORROW" for the new times that are
beginning and when everone can live long and prosper.

▒█████▒ call xyr is the most important for mankind as a representant of the
░▒▒█▒▒░ government. Xe is a mere puppet in a certain way, but an important
░░▒█▒░░ one as many sights are casted on xyr. So the leader is of great
░░▒█▒░░ importance on the image side and on the moral side as well as the
░░▒█▒░░ maintainer of the morale and preserver of irreplaceable values, be it
░░░▒░░░ national or the legal minimum needed to steer the society.

░▒░░░░░ egislative power is the real one responsible for laws. Unless in the
▒█▒░░░░ state of emergency, the army also falls under it. It's accountable

▒█▒░░░░ regulations, laws and ordinances. In case of its failure, only the
▒█▒▒▒▒░ people can judge it in a non-violent and socially acceptable way,
▒█████▒ e.g. People's Court.

▒█▒▒▒▒░ there's no bias anywhere in the system.

▒█████▒ a war or a natural disaster. In other cases it has no part in leading

░░▒█▒░░ also considered as belonging to the army, like the police, special
░░▒█▒░░ forces, and fire brigade in some way. However in case of war or
░░▒█▒░░ a natural disaster, it does have the lead over the society, but only
░░░▒░░░ in the legislative power, not in courts to prevent bias, nor does it
stand superior to the leader.

6.2 CAPITAL OFFENSES
────────────────────────
░░▒▒▒▒░ apital offense is such deed that causes intentional death of
░▒████▒ a citizen of any state on the territory of this state. And it is also
▒█▒▒▒▒░ high treason and espionage, which mostly refers to handing sensitive
▒█▒░░░░ data to a non-allied party. All executions must be done uniformly and
▒█▒▒▒▒░ quickly. Capital punishments can be performed only with enough proofs
░▒████▒ to warrant absolute certainity. In case of mistakes, the judge is
░░▒▒▒▒░ blamed as if xe murdered that person. Self-defence is forgivable,
provided there clearly was an aggression, because it's a natural
instinct to protect oneself's life and I/O holes.
In case of insufficient or untrustworthy proofs it's possible to put the
suspect in detention, even indefinitely, and later release xyr if the guilt is
not proven, or execute xyr if the guilt is proven. Capital offenses are also
capable to be commited while in detention. Also commiting 11 crimes, that are
punished by detention and that are not capital offenses on their own, counts
as a capital offense too. Recommended execution methods are shooting, quick
poisoning, and generally anything which takes less than 5 seconds to kill.

6.3 DETENTION
─────────────────
░▒▒▒▒░░ etention should have a correctively working way of serving the term,
▒████▒░ yet with psychiatric and psychological support, which should ensure
▒█▒▒▒█▒ the convict will not be sent to prison later for another offense.
▒█▒░▒█▒
▒█▒▒▒█▒ The prisoner should have basic human rights and strictened regime
▒████▒░ of a citizen. In case of innocence xe is released, as it is now. Yet
░▒▒▒▒░░ it's necessary that foreigners serve at least 3/4 of the punishment
in the country, where they have commited the crime. Presumption of
innocence is ensured until the carrying out of the verdict.
In case the prisoner dies while in prison, a dissection is mandatory in case
of visible wounds, and xe will be tried to be returned to the family for
burial, if that isn't possible or the family declines or is nonexistent, the
state has the right to bury xyr in the nearest cemetery.
Convicts which serve the term in a mental hospital must be treated or cured so
that they can leave it and serve the rest of the punishment in prison or work
camp or be released.

infrastucture like motorways or highspeed railways.

░░▒█▒░░ corrections altering the meaning were made, just clarifications in
░▒█▒█▒░ the sense of making sense of his writing. After all, it's his fork of
▒█▒▒▒█▒ DINAR, of which I invite you to check out the collection of fatwas at
▒█████▒ my blog Getmania. I'm no islamic scholar, but my writing has been
▒█▒▒▒█▒ accused of being too formal for a Facebook comments section. After
░▒░░░▒░ all, DINAR Is Not any Abrahamic Religion, which this manifest
strongly opposes. The author also previously wrote Neoideology, which
I have also translated and ANSI-typeset into a similar form like this one.
IMHO the previous logo from Neoideology was better. The flag is also quite meh
with the color choice in his original .docx, either brighten the background
colors or make the imposed logo white. This .NFO-style plain Unicode text
document doesn't allow for colors, so red be ░ and blue be ▒.
I'm not so keen on the concept of the nations. It may have to do something
with that I'm bilingual with English and Czech within the realms of my
Asperger's, therefore I don't identify well enough with any group of NTs in
either supernations of West Slavs, German-speaking nor Anglosphere. May I be
a European then? Many Dutch-French-English trilinguals in BeNeLux feel so, but
of those languages I know only English well enough. May all people on the
autistic spectrum form a nation? It better be this one. We've got so many
conlangs, so the best thing would be to just modify the good old English to
our liking. GeSeL won't be finished like ever, I don't even know how to use
this creation of mine as it depends on Japanese and Arabic, 2 most difficult
languages ever to learn. But at least I can try with English, SolReSol and
onomatopoeia. The author has created Budhot'n, which seems too complicated for
me, as the vocabulary seems random and the grammar suffers from bloat and
flective bias of native Slavs. Foreigners speaking analytical languages never
learn to make words end properly in Czech.
Border and security checks really annoy me. I find any kind of borders way too
an arbitrary human creation. Thank Allah for Schengen. You know you have
crossed the border because a sign tells you. There should be freedom of
movement, no visa requirements or import tariffs at all. The Earth is
becoming too small as the humanity possesses supersonic airplanes,
long-distance missiles, space shuttles, and many other forms of transport
unimaginable before the 19th century.
I've got a slightly different vision of criminal law based around undoing the
same kind of deeds the convict has commited, and eliminating the need for
prison-like amenities, so that the work takes place directly on the roads and
streets, where it's beneficial for all people, and the convicts can go to
their existing work as they would normally, yet they may have to take some
vacation if they want to serve the punishment faster. But most importantly, no
victimless crimes, like merely possessing, importing and selling something,
fucking someone consentually etc. It derives from karma for most offenses,
resulting mostly in public service work, fines, or forfeiture, and losing
legal protection for capital offenses involving a death. Euthanasia is also
an option, even for free citizens, provided the organs are provided for
medical use, so life can be in effect "given" to multiple people dying. If
there's need for restricting the freedom of movement, it can be done with
tracking devices. In Czechia there's already the legislative apparatus for the
"alternative punishments", but judges keep stacking conditional traditional
punishments, which do little to deter convicts from misbehaving again.
I had to research a lot how to say those criminal law terms in English. I'm a
computer nerd, not a lawyer. Fundamental points in chapter 2 indicate there
should be more chapters than that about the criminal law. The author will
probably write them later in another manifest, 2 of those will pertain to his
Budhot'n. My outline is as follows:

░▒░░░▒░ which will lead people to space and beyond. We need new thinking for
the survival of our species. A new direction is therefore needed.
Direction which will reflect the age. Direction, which will ignore the former
political compass, which everyone uses to orient themselves. Due to old rules
and taboos, our civilization is declining.
We don't develop, but why? Due to people's obsolete thinking. Therefore a new
way is needed, but how to define it? It's needed to define the new thinking in
a modern and effective way to serve the new purpose. There are multiple ways
to do that, and those need to be unified. Why? Because people wouldn't
differentiate between what they need and is good for them now, and what will
be good for them later. Not that they would need that exactly right now.
Therefore it is needed to define it in a few clear points. But in which ones?
In such that will lead people well and will be universal.

The languages GeSeL and Budhot'n are our conlangs with not quite much original
stuff, most likely total conversion modlangs. Buddhot'n is a complicated
fantasy style language of Western Slavic type. GeSeL is a Semitic inspired
take on a minimalist logical newspeak with modular rootabulary.

6.2 CAPITAL OFFENSES

░░▒▒▒▒░ apital offense is such deed that causes intentional death of
░▒████▒ a citizen of any state on the territory of this state. And it is also
▒█▒▒▒▒░ high treason and espionage, which mostly refers to handing sensitive
▒█▒░░░░ data to a non-allied party. All executions must be done uniformly and
▒█▒▒▒▒░ quickly. Capital punishments can be performed only with enough proofs
░▒████▒ to warrant absolute certainity. In case of mistakes, the judge is
░░▒▒▒▒░ blamed as if xe murdered that person. Self-defence is forgivable,
provided there clearly was an aggression, because it's a natural
instinct to protect oneself's life and I/O holes.
In case of insufficient or untrustworthy proofs it's possible to put the
suspect in detention, even indefinitely, and later release xyr if the guilt is
not proven, or execute xyr if the guilt is proven. Capital offenses are also
capable to be commited while in detention. Also commiting 11 crimes, that are
punished by detention and that are not capital offenses on their own, counts
as a capital offense too. Recommended execution methods are shooting, quick
poisoning, and generally anything which takes less than 5 seconds to kill.

6.3 DETENTION

░▒▒▒▒░░ etention should have a correctively working way of serving the term,
▒████▒░ yet with psychiatric and psychological support, which should ensure
▒█▒▒▒█▒ the convict will not be sent to prison later for another offense.

▒█▒▒▒█▒ The prisoner should have basic human rights and strictened regime
▒████▒░ of a citizen. In case of innocence xe is released, as it is now. Yet
░▒▒▒▒░░ it's necessary that foreigners serve at least 3/4 of the punishment
in the country, where they have commited the crime. Presumption of
innocence is ensured until the carrying out of the verdict.
In case the prisoner dies while in prison, a dissection is mandatory in case
of visible wounds, and xe will be tried to be returned to the family for
burial, if that isn't possible or the family declines or is nonexistent, the
state has the right to bury xyr in the nearest cemetery.
Convicts which serve the term in a mental hospital must be treated or cured so
that they can leave it and serve the rest of the punishment in prison or work
camp or be released.

░░▒█▒░░ corrections altering the meaning were made, just clarifications in

▒█████▒ my blog Getmania. I'm no islamic scholar, but my writing has been

I'm not so keen on the concept of the nations. It may have to do something
with that I'm bilingual with English and Czech within the realms of my
Asperger's, therefore I don't identify well enough with any group of NTs in
either supernations of West Slavs, German-speaking nor Anglosphere. May I be
a European then? Many Dutch-French-English trilinguals in BeNeLux feel so, but
of those languages I know only English well enough. May all people on the
autistic spectrum form a nation? It better be this one. We've got so many
conlangs, so the best thing would be to just modify the good old English to
our liking. GeSeL won't be finished like ever, I don't even know how to use
this creation of mine as it depends on Japanese and Arabic, 2 most difficult
languages ever to learn. But at least I can try with English, SolReSol and
onomatopoeia. The author has created Budhot'n, which seems too complicated for
me, as the vocabulary seems random and the grammar suffers from bloat and
flective bias of native Slavs. Foreigners speaking analytical languages never
learn to make words end properly in Czech.
Border and security checks really annoy me. I find any kind of borders way too
an arbitrary human creation. Thank Allah for Schengen. You know you have
crossed the border because a sign tells you. There should be freedom of
movement, no visa requirements or import tariffs at all. The Earth is
becoming too small as the humanity possesses supersonic airplanes,
long-distance missiles, space shuttles, and many other forms of transport
unimaginable before the 19th century.
I've got a slightly different vision of criminal law based around undoing the
same kind of deeds the convict has commited, and eliminating the need for
prison-like amenities, so that the work takes place directly on the roads and
streets, where it's beneficial for all people, and the convicts can go to
their existing work as they would normally, yet they may have to take some
vacation if they want to serve the punishment faster. But most importantly, no
victimless crimes, like merely possessing, importing and selling something,
fucking someone consentually etc. It derives from karma for most offenses,
resulting mostly in public service work, fines, or forfeiture, and losing
legal protection for capital offenses involving a death. Euthanasia is also
an option, even for free citizens, provided the organs are provided for
medical use, so life can be in effect "given" to multiple people dying. If
there's need for restricting the freedom of movement, it can be done with
tracking devices. In Czechia there's already the legislative apparatus for the
"alternative punishments", but judges keep stacking conditional traditional
punishments, which do little to deter convicts from misbehaving again.
I had to research a lot how to say those criminal law terms in English. I'm a
computer nerd, not a lawyer. Fundamental points in chapter 2 indicate there
should be more chapters than that about the criminal law. The author will
probably write them later in another manifest, 2 of those will pertain to his

cigarettes. You would be surprised how much money can you get from this.
Colorado was after the legalization of weed. Have you not learned since
the alcohol prohibition in 1920s? Criminalization just makes the black
market thrive unregulated, leading to the cartels having greater power
than governments, as seen in certain parts of Latin America. Same with
guns, porn, prostitution, recreational nukes, aliens etc.
I'd like to keep this file under 64 kB because of my 1990's retro sentiment.
It's the size of 1 segment on an x86 in 16-bit protected mode and maximum
a 16-bit pointer can address. Also I don't like reading long books.
